Joe Kindler Sr, P.E. brings his 40+ years of civil engineering experience from ODOT, The City of Columbus, BPS and KMS & Associates to Advanced Materials doing overseeing pavement inspections, soil testing, and consulting services, providing technical and practical solutions for our clients.
Joe Kindler Jr, brings his 20+ years of construction and material supply experience from the founding and operation of OPS and providing asphalt and concrete repair service for ODOT. Joe manages the day to day operation and material distributions.

Uretek is a specialized company using injection of High Density Polyurethane for insitu soil stabilization, non-destructive underground drainage system repairs, stabilization and lifting of pavement structures and buildings. We are actively involved with the department of transportation, counties, and cities as well the private market.
Cold in-place recycling (CIR) is the processing and treatment with bituminous and/or chemical additives of existing HMA pavements without heating to produce a restored pavement layer (AASHTO, 1998). It involves the same process of cold plant mix recycling except that it is done in-place by a train of equipment.
